To help prevent injury and strain we start and end with stretching exercises. To help build up strength, endurance and flexibility we employ both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Finally, to keep our students eager to learn and engaged in their lessons, we make sure to keep everything fun.
Black Belt Training covers more than just the body.
When you train in the martial arts you must learn to control the mind as well as the body. Patience, discipline, and self-control are all important aspects of the learning process and will help you outside of the classroom as well.
