Martial Arts Skills and Techniques
• Kenpo teaches our students powerful self-defense skills using quick moves in rapid-fire succession; this technique is effective for overwhelming any opponent.
• Muay Thai Kickboxing concentrates on each student’s striking skills, which are inclusive of punching and kicking, with the knees, feet and elbows.
• Submission Grappling and Jiu Jitsu helps students develop their ground game for self-defense or competition, whichever they choose. Jiu Jitsu is a forceful technique we teach that enables a person to use an attacker’s weight and strength as an overpowering weapon against him or her.
